Refund policy
Eligibility:
You can return any product within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is:
in good condition,
unused,
and returned in its original packaging.
How to initiate a return:
Please email us at trygrounding@gmail.com with:
your order number,
and a short note indicating the reason for return.
We will reply with return instructions and the China-based return address.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number until the refund has been processed.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1 business day for processing and 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider).
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at trygrounding@gmail.com.
Include:
your order number,
a photo (if applicable),
and a brief description of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately at trygrounding@gmail.com.
Orders are processed and dispatched daily from Monday to Saturday, so please act quickly.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still return the item once received.
