Once you place your order, it is immediately forwarded to our shipping team for processing.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.

We ship from fulfillment centers in the United States, Australia, and Hong Kong.
If your item is not available in your regional warehouse, it will be shipped from our Hong Kong facility. In this case, please allow for the same 7–14 business day delivery window.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at trygrounding@gmail.com with your order number and full name.


Missing Items

If an item from your order is missing, please get in touch with us at trygrounding@gmail.com.
Occasionally, orders may be split into multiple shipments. If we made an error, we’ll send the missing item via express international shipping at no extra cost to you.
